Ok, so I know Harley Quinn is like sooooo last year’s Halloween Makeup but…
1) I don’t care.
2) I really really don’t care.
3) I don’t like batman (I’m a superman lover =) )
4) I wanted to do my own version version of HQ, based on the character’s evolution
5) it was a request and a promise is a promise =)

Step by Step
Whenever I do a makeup tutorial I always take 9 progress pictures because I just love looking at my normal self and then at the transformed final version ! So here are my 9 step by step pics! Hope they’ll come in useful if you try and recreate this look ! =)
